I’ve been with Momentum since 2014 and have loved being part of the journey. We’re always searching for better and more innovative ways of doing things, including the way we work. Our people are key to our success and are a huge part of what I love about working at Momentum.
Luisa started agency life in 2005 and has developed a deep understanding of what clients expect and how we can genuinely improve their experience of working with us.
Starting out as sales and marketing co-ordinator at her first agency, she joined Momentum as an account-based marketing manager before focusing on account management.
She is now our Client Experience Director, leading our programme team.
And, over the past seven years at Momentum, Luisa worked with both our longest-standing client and some of our more recent clients across small, mixing everything from short-term projects to year-long programmes, but always bringing the same objective, proactive approach.
