Member Success Director
Luisa is the Member Success Director at Momentum ITSMA, where she leads the member success team and is responsible for key member relationships.
Luisa joined Momentum ITSMA in June 2014 as an ABM Manager and steadily rose through the ranks to become a Client Experience Director before starting in her new role. Over the years, Luisa has developed a deep understanding of what clients expect and knows how to genuinely improve their experiences.
Luisa started her marketing career in an agency in 2006 as Marketing and Communications Manager.
