About Guy Phillips
Guy’s B2B marketing journey began in the tech media sector, where he built an impressive career at several global publishing houses – developing specialist publications and online media for the users and buyers of technology.
Overseeing multiple product, sales and marketing teams, Guy was delivering ABM gold in key account programs before there was even a name for it. He developed a passion for customer-centricity as the crucial differentiator – no matter what you sell or market.
Gaining extensive experience working both client side and with Momentum, helping organisations across sectors to achieve ABM success, Guy is now keen to scale his approach to the benefit of the broadest possible community – a key reason for joining the ITSMA fold as Global Director of Learning and Development.
With deep knowledge of technology, a wealth of commercial expertise and an absolute focus on marketing with impact, Guy is inspired by the opportunity to help the ITSMA community raise the bar of customer-centric marketing to new heights.
